Jessica has a wide range of experience managing and supporting consumer brand marketing and corporate reputation programs across the communications, retail and food & beverage industries. She specializes in strategic communications planning; the management of complex communications programs across multiple teams and organizations; and content creation including corporate, brand, media and employee-focused materials.
Most recently, she has supported a variety of strategic initiatives for Washington University in St. Louis, including communications planning and execution as well as website development and writing.
For more than four years, she supported public relations and media outreach on behalf of Hamra Enterprises’ franchisee-owned Noodles & Company locations throughout Missouri. She has also provided consulting work to local agencies, ByrnePR and O’Malley Hansen Communications.
Previously, as a senior vice president in the consumer marketing practice group with FleishmanHillard, Jessica spent more than 12 years supporting her primarily client, AT&T. She managed the launch of the company’s texting and driving awareness campaign, the brand transition from Cingular to AT&T following the SBC-BellSouth merger and was part of the war room team that launched the first iPhone in AT&T stores nationwide. She also managed AT&T’s corporate reputation efforts through its executive speakers’ bureau, tradeshow, and enterprise-focused customer publicity programs. During her last two years with the agency, she shifted into an operational role assisting with staffing, team oversight, budgeting and financial management of the AT&T account.
Jessica also spent several years managing and supporting various media relations and consumer education programs for the Walmart, Walmart.com, Target, Great Wolf Lodge, ConAgra’s Healthy Choice and P&G’s Pampers accounts, among others. In addition, she helped launch several new products during a short period with Anheuser-Busch. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in English/journalism and a minor in art history from Miami University of Ohio. She is based in St. Louis, Mo.
